Pros

Varied work with a lot of challenging and innovative problems to solve, incredible people to work with and learn from. Freedom to contribute and design the way you see fit, freedom to explore can be challenging unless you’re confident, but everyone is supportive on your journey.

Cons

Can be chaotic at times, and leadership can be a bit wishy washy at times, but it is improving

Work is challenging and can be varied, the team at native are incredibly talented, and are always keen to go over ideas and help each other out. The management is fairly hands off, which allows you to develop and shape your design path organically
