I do really enjoy working with the current staff (however, I'm guessing that most of that staff will be gone within 2 years...)

Everyone at Nectar is extremely passionate about what they do, and that passion is reflected in the product of their work. Working with friendly people who love what they do makes team work seem almost effortless at times. The distinctive nectar culture is a result of their teamwork values, the plethora of creative minds, and the undeniable drive that the designers, and management team possess. The president is awesome and you instantly want to be this guy's friend after one conversation. He's got really great ideas and equally as important he is totally receptive to hearing everyone else's ideas. He welcomes new ideas (even if they don't agree with his own). Everyone else is similar in that everyone is"easy-going," and approachable. I would definitely recommend working here.
