Pros
Hands on learning. Work on most prestigious projects. Friendly approachable co-workers. Employees are encouraged to undertake further training to benefit their careers. Company runs on very strong values and a good culture fit .
Cons
You do have to make your own path if you want to progress, this isn't necessarily a bad thing as you have the freedom to explore new options and take your career in the direction in which you want it to go.
