      Pros

      Neos is a good company to work for. Italian mentality with an open mind view. Good standard, nice environment.

      Cons

      "Friend help friends" and it's difficult to share ideas because they are stick to their standards.

      Salary above country average, still not enough if taking into account layover expenses

      No private life, too many expenses while off base, shifts often are just too hard while employees needs are rarely satisfied.
