      HR Policies are not employer friendly

      Good collegues, technology wise growth

      Cons

      I was promised that appraisal is done after 1 year, but HR told me the policy is changed HR says CEO review your LinkedIn account and it is mandatory to use company images , even for a private company HR never answers back. After 4-5 days, they say 'as per company policy.' Company policies are not shared with everyone I was told that I will be working on a reputed client but they never put me in that project
