-Fast ramping period when onboarding -Everyone is willing to help as long as you are willing to be proactive and ask questions -High visibility to your work at a late stage startup which motivates me to work each day and put in effort to be a meaningful contributor -Inspiring mission centralized around accelerating innovation in healthcare while making a lasting impact on small dental and medical practices

-Onboarding process as a new hire needs to be more structured -You are expected to learn things on the fly and adapt efficiently and quickly -Being a fast learner is crucial in addition to being coachable and open to feedback from your peers -Improvement to be made on documentation as a whole and where to find information in the day-to-day

Pros
The company has big visions, which is great for people who like a good challenge. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help (genuinely). Not only does everyone pull their own weight in a big way, but also help pick up slack when other team members need it. There is no "That's not my job" mentality. The leadership team feel like colleagues, so you can come to them with full transparency and expect nothing but support and encouragement in return. Benefits are incredible, as well. They really invest in their people in a big way. Absolutely love it.
Cons
If you work a salary role, you can expect there to be some late nights or weekend work (that's normal for salary roles anywhere) - but they are big on work/life balance unless there's a tight deadline. There's a lot of change and plenty of hands in the basket at all times, which can cause some projects to take longer than anticipated (or some last minute rushes and delays). There's really not many cons, honestly.

Really supportive atmosphere! Everyone truly believes in their work and wants to see you succeed. You can also tell that everyone has meaningful relationships with the customers and genuinely wants to help them from start to finish.
Cons
As the company grows really fast, things change and you have to be adaptable but hasn't really been a big issue.

I had great 1:1 support and training from my direct manager when starting and I love the people. Everyone is willing to help each other and cross-functional teams have good communication. In general everyone is really passionate about the mission and have aligned values
Cons
High expectations for quantity/quality of work. But will get support in meeting goals from the team/ everyone in the office.

Pros
Amazing culture and team! Everyone is kind, professional, and easy to work with. Communication is open, and people are always willing to help each other succeed. It’s a great environment to grow both professionally and personally.
Cons
I haven’t experienced any major downsides so far. If anything, as the company continues to grow, there may be opportunities to further streamline processes and improve cross-team alignment, but overall, the experience has been very positive.
