      Pros

      If you work in the office your treated like royalty and family. Free food perks benefits etc

      Cons

      Cons: As a previous manager I’ve watched my warehouse guys get treated like they were maids. Also, my guys weren’t privy to any benefits ( Paid Pto, Sick Days, Vacation Days and No Insurance of any kind) that i along with everyone in the front office recieved.

All employees are offered benefits, such as health insurance and 401K, with the ability to decline if he/she so chooses. We are very sorry to hear that an employee in your department was unhappy with assigned job duties and associated benefits. Next Day Plus goes to great lengths to create job descriptions/postings and hire qualified individuals who will love what they do. This is the first we are hearing of this so we will investigate further to ensure this is not a current issue. Next Day Plus empowers managers to be the voice for their employees and we hope you have that same opportunity to speak for your employees in your future endeavors. Next Day Plus provides free food perks to all employees, including office, warehouse and even our techs on the road.

      Great Opportunity for Growth

      Pros

      - A great sales team that I have made really good friends with. - The rest of our staff is also extremely friendly, and easy to get along with. - In sales, you get what you're willing to put in. We are compensated very fairly compared to industry standard, and there are plenty of earning opportunities. - Consistent 40-45 hour work weeks. CLOSED ON WEEKENDS :) Family time is really important to me, and I have never had that hindered at NDP - Fun lunches and activities around the holidays and to welcome new employees.

      Cons

      - B/C we are a small company, we sometimes take on additional roles/responsibility. This is clearly outlined for sales though. - Would like to utilize remote working a bit more as today's work environment shifts in that direction. This may not apply to all. I love my home office, and have no kids to distract me :) - Not often, but when you're having a bad day, or things feel uncomfortable, we don't have much for HR. You end up leaning on your friends more than someone within the company.

      Pros

      There are not a whole lot of things that I can say about this company that I enjoyed. I guess the people that work there, not including the ceo, would be the one highlight of next day plus. Anyone who answers the phone, the best. Sales, honest and hard working, upper management... learn to speak with respect. I can honestly say that the ceo will tell you what you want to hear and talk down to you no matter the situation. He is never wrong and that is just frustrating. Even if the conversation is about something he knows very little about, he’s an expert in his mind. Never wrong!

      Cons

      Tom. Respect is a two way street. Yours is a one way street and only your car can drive on it.

      Let me start by thanking you for your feedback. As the CEO, I take ownership for your experience and do not pride myself on receiving one star reviews. You expressed that your experience working here was unsatisfactory and means that in your case, we have failed somewhere along the line. As much as I appreciate the feedback and have been reflecting on it, I cannot agree with the comment of, “Respect is a two way street.
