Pros

Supportive team and a good place to learn the recruitment industry. New starters get solid training and guidance but there’s also trust to run your desk and manage your clients once you’re up and running.

Cons

As with most agencies, there can be pressure around targets during quieter market periods.

Pros

One of the standout aspects of my time at Next Generation Recruitment was the incredible support I received from the team. The collaborative and helpful environment fostered a sense of unity. The team's dedication to success was evident, and their willingness to assist one another created a positive and motivating atmosphere. The company's commitment to employee development was evident through the well-structured training sessions, ensuring that every team member had the tools needed to thrive in their roles. Next Generation Recruitment stands out as one of the best recruitment agency in Dublin. Thanks to its exceptional team, excellent training, and focus on fostering a positive workplace culture.

Cons

Next Generation Recruitment operates in a fast-paced industry. This pace may not be suitable for everyone, especially individuals who prefer a more structured and slower-paced work setting. The urgency associated with recruitment can create high-pressure situations, and those in non-sales roles may find it challenging to adapt to the rapid pace and quick decision-making required to keep up with the demands of the industry. It's essential to carefully weigh these cons against the positives you've identified in your review and consider how they align with your own preferences and professional goals. If you value a dynamic and fast-paced environment or are comfortable working in a sales-focused culture, these cons may not be significant concerns for you.

Hi Thanks so much for your lovely review of our company. I'm glad you had such a positive experience and our dedication and supportiveness was apparent and helpful to you. I would agree recruitment is not for everyone and we try our best to limit the highs and lows and pressure that is inherent in this type of industry. Regards Maura

Pros

- Good commission structure - Excellent team mates - Excellent learning environment - Great support from Managers and MD - Brilliant training provided for newcomers to the industry

Cons

- Working from home during lockdown was a bit isolating - Not getting the opportunity to engage with colleagues face to face as often (I appreciate these are relating to covid and not specifically the company)
