We apologize it has taken so long to respond to your review, we have been working to continually improve our company processes and procedures, including how our managers and team leaders communicate with each other and employees. We have begun providing manager training for our managers and team leaders and feel these trainings will help improve management techniques and communication at all levels of the company. Very few people, so more visibility.

Cons

People don't respect others time. Salary is very less. Very laid back people, no growth. People looking to join should be very careful in choosing this company. Company's future outlook looks dim.

Thank you for providing feedback. As a small company we enjoy being able to provide ample opportunities and visibility for all team members regardless of their position within the company. We have a ‘promote from within first’ strategy so before we post a role externally we evaluate our internal employees. We are sorry you feel there is no growth. We have proactive team members who continue to seek new opportunities within the company which is a positive way for the company and individuals within the company to grow. In fact, we have many team members who started at an entry level role and have been promoted over the years to now lead an entire function or site. Currently, our Leaders of Customer Success and Product Management were both internal promotions and we have numerous Engineering leadership positions (including the most senior group managers in some sites) which were filled from internal promotions. Please feel free to reach out to your HR partner or directly call our HR Director to address the lack of growth opportunities. We have an open door policy so please reach out. We also always encourage employees to have open and honest dialogues with their managers. Together we will continue to reach our growth milestones! Thank you again for providing your feedback.

This comprehensive training involves job shadowing, live chat simulations, and a mentorship program. Following the training period, employees begin their roles with clear expectations and performance standards.
