you keep the van for your own use, 1000km allowed every month. My boss and dispatchers are nice people.

Accomodation provided is not really good. You can search a accomodation by yourself and you get 14€ every day

scam you into getting a van for 7 days rental then don't provide enough shifts, give you more packages based on how well you work, but don't pay you more for more packages.

Cannot think of many - they do provide a van....but at a high cost....money paid weekly though

Work is longer than advertised and after van costs working almost on or below minimum wage. Company state you are self employed so can choose when you work but is dependent upon routes allocated by Amazon so may not get any work. Over-employ drivers so you cannot always be guaranteed even four full days work etc.....

Contract it is interpreted as they want. Things are changing from a day to another depending on how people react to their abuses. They don't care about anything, german legislation, working legislation just exploiting and exploiting....so poor organized, I had to take all my stuff to move to another accomodation and once i got there they told me they didn't manage to sort out the new contract and had to come back....Stood in the yard with the car full during my shift for 2 hours to change my GPS and after that I had to go on the route and finish with very little support. It is forbidden by german law to deliver after 21.00 ... called the company to ask them what to do, they told me to continue delivering.....finished twice 23.30 or even 00.00 meaning 14/15 hours shift....people are quitting everyday, but some, who are poor and no resources have no chance just to carry on.....I will create a petition for what happened in Hamburg....
