Pros

Struggling to find any . I suppose fully remote working

Cons

Terrible company. Pay is ridiculously low, paid per ticket and it can take hours to resolve. The company has no respect for the value of its staff and there's low morale within the team because everyone is fighting for the same tickets. I see people being refused employment because of the biased amongst the team and the company is run so badly

Hello, thank you for your candid feedback, and sorry to hear that you did not feel valued with us, this is definitely not the experience we want our heroes to have. The ticket pay is dynamic and should reflect how long each ticket takes to handle. If some are not well priced, feel free to let us know so we can look into it. Everyone is more than welcome to apply and join us. In fact, most of our UK team is made of ex-heroes :) Heroes in the UK currently earn on average about £15/h, with some top performers earning significantly more. The communication channels are very open and if you feel you have been disrespected in any way, you should definitely escalate this to me or our COO!
