    Pros

    Diversity in the product portfolios in EIM domain and crave for adapting new technologies makes OT stand apart from other mid range product companies. Work-Life balance. 8:30-5:30 office timings. To-and-Fro transportation. As long as one contributes responsibly and more than reasonable, one doesn't need to look back.

    Not to expect aggresive hikes in appraisal. No career growth options.

    If not quaterly or half-yearly , there should be an yearly survey to check the employment statisfaction and need to correct the course

    depends on which product/department you are going to join - accordingly work and hikes will be

    Few management guys are making look the whole Opentext bad.General advice would be - better not to loose employees easily and try make them why to stay with opentext. Better do expect work on time delivery and dedication instead of poking for things that does not matter much
