Thank you for your input and we are privileged to have you on our US engineering team for the last 3-4 yrs. We take pride in our company culture and our CEO is the epitome of our culture. Office politics are avoidable if everyone keeps it professional, understands formal and informal networks, maintains a positive outlook, and encourages positive and open communication. Everyone is responsible for creating a positive work environment. We have the utmost respect for current and past employees. Without the employees, OpsRamp will not be in such high growth stage. Our client portfolio speaks monuments of our product. Again, thank you for your feedback.

Pros

Awful culture. Lying is endemic, dishonesty to customers. Disaster waiting to happen, that's the good part.

Cons

Culture issues, dishonesty to few customers they've got, low-end tool, very insecure technology.

Thank you for your feedback. Glassdoor is a great venue for opinions and feedback. However, it is a disservice to the readers if the individual posts false disparagement about the company. Most importantly, this is unjust to those employees who are still devoted and love OpsRamp. Culture comprises many elements. We believe in customer-focused, employee-focused, innovative, fun, ethical, technology-driven, process-oriented, high-level urgency, work-life balance, and entrepreneurship. A culture that our CEO believes in and exemplifies. We take pride in being blessed with Enterprises and Global Fortune 500 Companies as our customers. As a scalable cloud-based IT operations management (ITOM) platform, OpsRamp delivers smarter, more unified infrastructure monitoring and management across business units, locations, and teams in a dynamic environment. Hence, the security and quality of our platform are our number one priority. We take pride in our diversity and inclusion, above the industry-standard compensation and true practice of work-life balance. We appreciate your feedback, but instead of staying anonymous, we wish you have provided candor feedback during your employment so we can address them. Nonetheless, we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

They use the latest tech stack and you get a chance to really up your skills. Being a product company there are ample opportunities to innovate and present your ideas and ultimately implement them. The colleagues are extremely helpful and there is a culture of problem solving in teams. Company is fair and generous with hikes. HR and management policies are decent and employee-oriented. It’s a little fast paced environment and there can be stress at times but the work is exciting and you’ll love the challenges. Being a complex product there is a huge scope for learning new things and you end up with a high end developer profile. Being a product company, you get to work with multiple clients, understand their requirements and implement custom solutions for them and do product enhancements. Overall a wonderful place to work.

Cons

As a developer initial environment setup can be bit challenging as everything works on the latest tech stack so unless you’ve worked on most of them or know your stuff, the first month can be a little tough setting up your development environment. The internal portals used by the company for employee management like attendance, leaves, payslips, etc, are not sophisticated systems and can be difficult to use. Might have to contact HR for some of the requirements instead of just doing it online yourself through the portals.

Thank you for your feedback! Well said on needing improved processes and engagement models for the globally distributed teams. OpsRamp is proud of our globally distributed teams. It is a learning experience for everyone to work together as a team and overcome the culturally differences. As we continue to refine the processes, we got to know our colleagues, overcome the mutual knowledge problem and we are all "us". Again, thank you for your feedback and continue to help us build the best global team.

Pros

Pros are no Longer applicable.

Cons

You name it. Leadership: fly-by-the-seat of your pants, dreamed of it last night type decisions. Emotional, vindictive, self absorbed, most likely lying to you type personalities. Product: it does anything. It can vacuum the floor, wash your cloths and apply AIOPs to all aspects your life. The product is a collection of market buzzwords stitched together to form a giant SaaS clunker, in a very competitive market full of amazing products. Culture: you might as well work in a third world country. Cheap, offshore look and feel throughout the entire organization. To name a few ...

Thank you for your feedback. Thank you for being a loyal employee for more than 5 years. We are sure you have seen the earlier day's chaos and probably contributed to the company's continuous improvement during your employment. Unfortunately, you left with such a disappointing perception of the company. 2021 is a turning point year for the company as we gear ready for the next growth phase. OpsRamp is proud of what we have accomplished since the inception of the company and we want to take this opportunity to appreciate all employees who help us achieve the impossible. We are not perfect, but we have many employees who believe in our product and support our CEO's initiatives. Again, thank you for your feedback and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for your feedback. Globally, we have about 400 employees. We continue to scale and improve the processes to create and improve the corporate and departmental structure. Please speak with your manager regarding the career progression for a BDR and the annual performance review process. Quota is achievable if the right tools and skills are used. Learn from your other team member. Most importantly, speak with your manager. Continuous learning will help you achieve the impossible!
