Pros

-Huge company, makes lots of profit -The insurance gets more profit, for your quality of care. -Minority driven company - Many locations -If you talk in meetings, you become a leader.

Cons

-Devalues the autonomy of an NP -Does not value provider-patient relationship -Poor communication -As an NP your work is not valued and all metrics are not credited to your care. -When you want to level up, precept, take leadership, not available for NP's. Never get responses. -Their leaders are great talkers, all talk, 0 action. -As a team- NP is not valued. -Leadership skills are lacking.
