Pros

Nice office, salaries are paid on time, although below the market average

Cons

1) Discrepancy in Technology Stack: During the interviews, modern technologies and approaches are discussed. However, the actual daily work involves maintaining 70+ legacy projects (some over 20 years old) running on .NET 3.5 and Windows Server 98. 2) Understaffing and Lack of Infrastructure: A very small team (3 developers) is expected to manage a vast amount of technical debt. There is no support infrastructure in place: no DevOps, no QA, and no dedicated testers. The development lifecycle is entirely on the developers' shoulders. 3) Ineffective Management Practices: The immediate leadership (Team Lead level) lacks current technical involvement (has not coded in over 3 years). Communication is often entirely untransparent, feedback is inconsistent, and the management style creates unnecessary conflict rather than supporting collaboration. This approach leads to a highly stressful environment and negatively impacts team morale. 4) High Employee Turnover: Due to the poor management style and lack of support, team turnover is exceptionally high. Experienced professionals frequently leave the company shortly after joining to seek a more organized and supportive workplace.
