      Work from home Good upper management (founders)

      Odd hours Poor reporting boss. Will make you a scapegoat. Illusion of working in a free flowing environment. They will shoot down your ideas only to brand them as yours after a month.

      Friendly environment except mehak. Salary is good. Growth opportunities

      Please remove or train Mehak Gulati. She is the single important reason why many employees have left or are thinking of leaving. She thinks of herself as a teacher and keeps scolding employees. She forces everyone to stay on video call and is more focused on judging others attention than her teaching. No one can tolerate that lady.

      1. Everyone in the whole company is approachable. 2. Idea is given more importance than experience, i.e. an early-in- career can share its views and watch its idea being implemented. 3. Fantastic work, you get to work on the latest and one of the hardest problems in Data Sciecne. 4. Perks and salary are up to the mark! 5. co-workers, at least whom I used to work with are super accomodating and motivating.

      Sometimes you can be overwhelmed with the work you are doing, but trust the team OurBus will always support you.
