      Pros

      No Pros. There is no HR policy to bring fairness to a performing employee.

      Cons

      They can fire you without a valid reason. They fire at whims and fancies even though you over achieve your targets. There is no place to raise their unjust behavior.

      Nothing Good if you know the India leader and please him

      Cons

      Lack of integrity and fairness. Insecure leader who only hires people either from his ex-company. Made a mockery of and cheated the company's hiring system AppDynamics or either from Indian states of Odisha/Bengal who speaks his local language. Kills diversity and making a team of yes-men Not a risk taker but only want to get credit from global deals to India team & keep game going till management finds out HR from Singapore is only clerical and admin worker. It has interviewed many people, asked them to do assignments & never reverted back. Company carries a bad reputation in market as his leader because they do window shopping and make a mockery of transparent hiring process by promoting nepotism

      1. Management has no clear vision 2. Language & geography based firing 3. Company unaware about global work culture, it's a local start-up that got successful by getting clients in MNCs 4. Simply put, majority of the leaders are not qualified enough to run this company
