      Pros

      1- The most important point that I would like to highlight is that Outco is an extremely VALUE driven company. The Leadership team is very transparent and they always think of the betterment of their employees. They want their employees to grow with them and it becomes very evident in every conversation that I have had with them! 2- It is a permanent remote job that allows the employees to work from anywhere in the WORLD!! 3- Exceptional place to learn and grow 4-Excellent work-life balance. People care about each other's mental health as well.

      Pros

      1. Caring team members who truly want to help out software professionals land their dream job 2. Very transparent culture and openness to feedback - both receiving and giving 3. Flat hierarchy and a very approachable CEO 4. The philosophy behind following ethical practices to drive the growth of the company 5. Very diverse team working from across the globe 5. Permanent remote job 6. Great work-life balance in spite of being a startup - people are respectful of each other's efforts and time.

      Cons

      Like all startups, there could be ambiguities and process changes happening frequently. This is not really a con for people who are looking to solve problems (as the team is always willing to hear feedback and get better)
