This lack of appreciation not only demoralizes talented individuals but also hinders the company’s ability to progress and grow.This is further compounded by uncompetitive salaries, which fail to reflect the value staff bring to the organization. Such practices not only demotivate capable individuals but also contribute to stagnation in the company’s progress and culture.
