Pros
No weekends, no late hours. Some flexibility to leave for appointments and personal matters.
Cons
Bosses totally dismiss concerns. Employees are required to be there for 40+ hours, bosses are barely there. "Salaried" employees are NOT paid the minimum salaried wage per federal guidelines. Ops department went from 5 ppl to 3 and will not hire more. ;Low pay and no benefits. No job growth opportunities

Pros
Really friendly and nice co-workers. Pretty pleasant The hours are good For the right person the location can be close to home Very very flexible with employees who have attendance issues, if legitimate of course They seem to not fire people for under performance unless they get on the wrong persons wrong side. They don’t really push or accept above average performance Really nice to people who get work overload and give nice titles to compensate the very low increases.
Cons
Very limited opportunity for growth. Lack of up to date standard management training. The basics really. No other input Human Resources or anyone to ask a difficult question or file a complaint or grievances. Management isn’t ethical or truthful. Not when things get serious. Letting personal opinions/moods or gossip get in the way of the success of the business and many of its employees.
