A nice environment. Thought they did the best with health and safety even though they slipped up a bit with me. A decent caring line manager.

Pros
Get the chance to improve on your TIG welding. Get to work on some amazing peices of modern sculpture.
Cons
Tight deadlines, poor management of projects. And the pay really isn't good for what they expect of you - they do not keep up with yearly inflation. No work life balance really, unless your life is to just work! A very high turn over of staff - mostly because of the above reasons.
