      Great group of highly talented people to work with, excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Poor, unethical leadership. Zero HR guidance. No authentic investment in DEI. Employees are punished for speaking up about issues.

      Peninsula Clean Energy is part of a movement of local public agencies that is transforming California's energy sector. It's incredibly exciting to be a part of that. It's also great to work with co-workers who are driven to fight climate change and invest in our member communities.

      Some startup hiccups that have now largely been addressed.
