      rare chance to work in europe with work permit

      wrongful dissmisal!!! 13 japanese were fired without any notice within contract period. Management person forced us to leave company until the next day with 2 weeks annual leaves. That's all. We have passed provation, so trial period was over. Unbelievable crazy company... Don't believe any comment on this site from management person.

      Excellent bonus scheme if you exceed your targets As a CRM, you usually end up with a good customer pool that's yours exclusively

      Cons

      Incompetent rude management Favoritism 3-4 vitriolic emails a week about petty nonsense Other than bonuses, you still get treated like a number even if you reach your target every week
