Guaranteed 40 hours a week, good selection of health dental vision and short term / long term disability benefits.

Cons

Strenuous job, unusual promotional advancement opportunities due to union, could be difficult to move between different roles in the same facility, overall feeling of poor employee attitude and low morale, no unified training program for associates and new hires.

Pros

Great Company to work for depending on which department you are in. They have a great environment on Campus. Good team comradery.

Cons

Some Managers are demeaning and degrading to teammates during meetings and in front of others. I understand he is from a different culture, but PepsiCo is not generally that way.
