I have been working at Percolate full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-Most people who work here are great
-We have a leadership team who clearly cares about the company. I genuinely believe they are steering us in the right direction.
-This is the most transparent company I've ever worked for. I can ask anyone anything at any time, and feel like I've been given an honest answer.

    Cons

We have some employees who aren't comfortable with change. Unfortunately instead of sharing their thoughts with our leadership team, they choose to write on Glassdoor about how bad everything is here to "warn" others.

My advice to those employees: if you are that unhappy, maybe it's time to move on. Don't bring everyone else around you down.

Also benefits could stand to be less expensive.

    Advice to Management

There's obviously some issues within our sales team but please recognize when one bad apple is spoiling the bunch. We all work really hard here and not everything is perfect, but it would be a lot better without all the negativity.

I worked at Percolate full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are a few good people that work here.
    Good Dental and eye insurance

    Cons

Key people have left-founder, Product, Sales Leaders, and Marketing leaders. - not good, more to come.
Over half Sales team has left, more people in operations telling salespeople what to do and how to sell.
New Management and leaders have never managed a team before- it's a disaster.
Product direction is going in the wrong direction.
    More people ops than salespeople.
    No road map or strategy.
Bad culture, bad leadership, and bad management.

    Advice to Management

Management is not realistic, especially the CEO.
You should look around and at yourselves.

Good coworkers to go to happy hour with
    Good Dental

    Cons

I have been working at Percolate full-time

    Pros

I have been with the company for less than 90 days in the NYC location.
-The People Org has been awesome to work from helping me get settled to giving me a firm grasp of all of the departments I will be working with. Hat's off to Michelle and team.
-CTO and Founder are great thought leaders and have set a grand strategy of how we can build solutions that will help Marketers Optimize their time.
-Fast paced organization - but very transparent and everyone is willing to help.
    - Cool Product
    - Great culture

    Cons

It is fast paced- so you need to be ready for a that.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Percolate full-time

    Pros

2018 was a huge year for us! I have been a part of this company for almost 3 years now but this is truly the most excited and happy I've been working at Percolate.

    - We've made some key hires this year including a new VP of HR & SVP of Sales.
    - We released Percolate Next and continue to develop new product features.
    - The company revamped our employee benefits for next year.
    - Our People Ops and leaderships teams made great strides in developing a career path strategy and structure that will surely help retain our talent.
    - We have some aggressive future goals but finally have clear direction and great leaders driving the company forward.

    Cons

    - Need to provide middle management with better tools and training around people management and leadership.

I have been working at Percolate full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I'm able to work with some great individuals who not only "bleed orange" but believe in supporting their team members (even if they don't work in the same team).
The executive team seems to be transparent and open with how/what we're doing as a company across all departments.
    And unlimited PTO!

    Cons

Benefits are okay, but could be better/offer more options
Retention could be better, but there's been a lot of improvement in growing talent internally
