Run. This is not somewhere you want to work.

Pros

A variety of different events.

Cons

You will be overworked and controlled till you hit rock bottom. You'll be greeted with a friendly face and sold a ‘family’ environment, but don’t be fooled. The reality is that the CEO constantly gossips about her team behind their backs. The CEO is stuck in her vision and if you try to offer something different, you’ll be treated with hostility and feel like you’re walking on eggshells. Expect to be overworked with no proper time in lieu. There’s no HR either so don’t expect any support.

Pros

You'll get exposure to unique events

Cons

You'll work for one of the most toxic, manipulative and controlling woman ever. She'll sell you the dream but it's not at all what you'll get. Be prepared to be overworked and underpaid.
