Negative, punitive culture. Very elitist attitude , you have supervisor that monitors your calls and management team, but rarely get to interact with them, unless you make some noise. You get a headset that must be attached to the phone and does not have a option for wireless, so that means you must use the bathroom on your lunch or breaks if you have to go outside of those times too bad hold it, and if you complain you will be told " its call center" I quit their are better jobs out there

Solid Clinical Focus, Yet Leadership Struggles with Strategy

Strong clinical focus and a mission that, at least on paper, aims to improve patient outcomes. Leadership is generally accessible and open to communication. A few dedicated and knowledgeable legacy employees remain, bringing valuable experience. Competitive pay with benefits that are above industry average.

Cons

Senior leadership has struggled to drive meaningful business growth. Long-time, dedicated employees often feel targeted during restructuring rather than valued. There is little recognition or celebration of employee service and contributions. The company is overly dependent on its parent organization, AmeriHealth Caritas, which limits its ability to grow and operate independently as a PBM. Cost-cutting measures are prioritized to the point where they hinder cultural and organizational development. New leadership shows minimal appreciation for the experience and commitment of legacy employees.
