      Pros

      I have been with Perseus for more than 1 year and it is by far the best company I have worked for. It is a highly people centric company and focusses heavily on the welfare of its employees. Pros are :- 1. 100% transparency in all the events of the company 2. Continuous feedback taken from employees and lot of measures taken immediately based on feedback 3. Highly supportive team members 4. Good tech stack 5. Lot of opportunity to learn new technologies 6. Best work-life balance 7. High growth of the company and very ambitious future plans 8. Management is very friendly

      Great enviroment, you have the chance to say your opinion and to be listened. No assholes around, a pleasure to spend time in the office. Room for professional growth. Great balance work/private life.
