Pros
There are some really nice people that work there and I truly do hope the company does well. Insurance is good here.
Cons
Management is a mess. Their expectations are unclear and communication is really bad between all departments. Management is also very cliquey and there is a big divide between management and the frontline workers. I used to love working here, but I had to leave because it became too toxic of an environment. Almost everyone that I worked with at Phase2 has quit due to poor management.
