management and goals constantly changing. Very very negative and aggressive culture. mainly full of small minded, small town, ego driven people. There is NO team environment, very unprofessional and a lot of gossip.

Small company, little or no chance for advancement. Only 3-4 people in the "club" get to do whatever they want, no matter what you know or your credentials you have to kiss butt to the 3-4 people mentioned above, which got there by luck during turmoil in previous management not because they had any experience or know how to manage people. One thing all employees agree on..HR sucks, you need something? have a problem? you better talk to a wall because HR will always put you down. After 2-3 months everybody regret coming on board. They promise you the sky to hire but you soon realize what the real culture is. Working there does nothing for your resume.
