Pros
I definitely recommend Photon as a place to work. The work spans interesting/relevant industries (AI, Fintech, B2B, supply chain), so I feel like I'm learning useful concepts through my work. Everyone here is smart and hardworking, and there's an atmosphere of just getting things done. The work ranges from developing AI algorithms to building the full stack app, so you can work on whatever interests you and get exposure to different technologies.
Cons
I would say it wouldn't be the best place if you're looking for a highly collaborative team with lots of meetings and pair programming, etc. But, it should be fine if you're just looking for a solid developer role.
