    I liked working at Pinnacle because there were many chances to advance to different departments and learn different manufacturing practices.

    It took too long to hire qualified people into positions and a high turnover rate of employees through temporary agencies.

    Pros

    Available opportunities because the company was good at pushing people out. More than enough people were excited regarding a buy out, as an opportunity to change a toxic culture.

    Cons

    HR was a joke. Any issues such as harassment were brushed under the rug and the victim was the one reprimanded. Lack of ownership on all levels. Directors who theoretically should be giving technical direction, lacked ability and background to do so, from not being able to use basic computer functions such as Outlook and Powerpoint, to voicing their opinions for the sole purpose of hearing themselves speak out loud,...
