      Strange culture with legal issues for resigning employees

      Pros

      It’s a one man company because it’s a partnership firm and not private limited. As a result, they are not bound to publish audited financial reports in public domain. The company used to enjoy a monopoly in the bim domain, however, its facing a tough competition currently. The company tried to diversify their business by collaborating with other companies in Japan and india to ensure projects keep flowing and revenue generation happens seamlessly. The culture is strange. Tremendous issues when employee resigns, relieving letters not issues on time. The company has a big problem if you join its competitor. They send legal notices which will ideally not stand in the court of law.
