good pay but less hilkes. guys are from good college so competitive environment except managers. startup culture pluralsight access for learning technologies

pathetic managers no importance to development team. poor food more importance given to qa than developers unfair judgements lot of dependency Since 15 years its startup product is not agile

Although he makes a special effort to appear intellectual as a CEO, it's evident that his understanding on the subject is superficial. He is fond of encircling himself with low-IQ marionettes, and it flows down. Lacks a comprehensive grasp of business and real-world realities. Fancies himself as a great leader. Whatever little growth is due to the perseverance of people, and not because of loaned strategies or his leadership.

The "New 'Updated' employee agreement' is a farce. The Management sends out emails claiming that they are just updating to be compliant with local laws and that they want to be compliant. But they are forcing employees to sign their life over to the company. The company prohibits the employee from taking up alternative employment in similar companies, how is this even possible? Do the employees in the US and UK also sign such an agreement...or is it only for India??? How and why do employee families form a part of the agreement. Why does an agreement terminate only on the death of an employee.

Cons

'Great Place to Work' certification, does not make it great. The HR team that is now at the company is truly incompetent and needs to change...

We continuously review all our policies, procedures and processes in all regions to ensure we remain compliant, fair and ethical. This is not uncommon as companies go through rapid growth like we have. We are proud of our HR team, who are the same team that has been in place for the last 4 years, for always keeping us compliant and taking care of our employees. In all regions employees are able to resign at any point and in no way involves employee's families.
