Cons
- biggest problem is that they are referring to a competitive or good salary, and they actually believe this, but it's one of the lowest salaries between similar companies. - again they are saying and believing there are fewer working hours, but everyone in the company works outside the office when they go home. Because of short deadlines, everyone needs to work outside the office, or they are at risk of fire. - no private insurance - nothing extra - I am not sure why, but if you are happy with the company, you are not a good employee. The management wants to see stressful, not smiling, employees trying to catch deadlines. If you can catch the deadlines, they will shorten them until you miss them, making you a stressful and unhappy person.
