      I don't see any specific pros

      Cons

      Lots of cons are there: 1. always try to do micro management 2. no appraisal / hike 3. always try hire employee who is ready to come with lesser pay or no Hike 4. If you have any issue and approaching the HR , then after 1 or 2 time HR will not receive your call , or not reply to your mail or not come to you and try everything so that employee cann't reach to HR. 5. Don't give leaves however you have enough leaves in you bucket which can lapse last month of the year. There are too many cons apart from above mentions points.

      Office culture, Free food, Office location

      Cons

      Managers are horrible, they just shout at you, if there are any issues they literally run away pushing them to the subordinates. And they are afraid of peakon surveys. Top level is not bothered even if we complain, they pay for one and give you 3 people work. I had worst experience in my complete career, I repent.

      Pros

      Good Brand name but not known , well intentioned and well mannered regional team. Good work life balance . Leaders respect yout time.

      Cons

      weak strategy to penetrate market , no visibility , huge resistance to change , unclear weak or no plans to train and upgrade staff . India is being treated as a low cost hub hence chances of growing to regional or global role are minimal. Too much screening for hiring however once project is lost , no time is spent to fire. Have lost too many people and customers in short time.
