-Very toxic culture -Very useless product, and thus very mismanaged company. -Useless Leadership with favouritism & Office politics. -No job security and recognition -No sense of long term vision. -Very prominent Drinking culture.

Great exposure.. As its a start up we get to witness all the kinds of things that go on with coming up as a new company and this lets you have access to knowledge from all the sectors in a company from product dev. to sales.
