Its a decent sized company. The team is amazing. They are distributed. So you learn from so many cultures. Leadership is amazing. For a startup that is scaling up, it is rare to see CxOs periodically doing 121 with front line staff, leadership team actively listening to the feedback and implementing them. It is a pleasure to work at Powerledger.

Cons

Initially it was timezone issues. But overtime, the teams understood how to manage and work with the overlaps.

Cons

None. As a startup sometimes things change quickly (some people don't like it). But it is expected, and this could actually be a blessing.
