      Pros

      Prezly is remote-first, and they support their employees working from wherever works best for them. The team is friendly, and everyone gets along. The software is great, and the owners are very involved.

      Cons

      No healthcare, which is fine because most of the team is in the EU, but I eventually had to leave because I moved to the States. Wouldn't have left otherwise.

      Pros

      Great, collaborative work environment. I enjoy my team and the company as a whole. I feel trusted to do my job but given support if I have any roadblocks.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons, Prezly is genuinely the best place I've worked and I highly recommend it! They are great at listening and everyone gets along and works together well, which is impressive considering how remote it is.

      Interesting projects to tackle and problem solve, ambitious yet realistic goals, full support from and frequent 1-on-1's with founders, and very approachable and open-minded team

      Cons

      (Not really a con) From time to time the team re-establishes systems and processes, so it's a good place for those who want to be a part of improving the way things work, rather than join a team that already has solid, inflexible processes in place.
