Cost cutting in every spect Huge work pressure Variable in package Hybrid module with specified date ( earlier it was on employee which day the wants to come ) No desk for all the employees though asking people to come

Some of the people will be good mates for life.

Cons

Underpaid, overworked, mismanaged, promises never kept. Believing if they send you to somewhere 3 hours from your house that you will be there at 9 and stay there till 5.30 then drive home. Incorrect use of personal data. Management live in the 70s with outdated ideas of ideal working conditions
