Pros

The company atmosphere is accommodating, supportive and collaborative. They believe in finding a job placement best with your strengths and can promote from within. They genuinely enjoy celebrating personal and professional accomplishments of their employees. The company philosophy they demonstrate daily by meeting together to trouble shoot software issues. They set goals in small groups and help each other achieve them. The EOS model they implement has been inspiring to see first hand in the first few weeks of employment.

Great Company that Cares

Pros

This company truly cares about their employees and the work/life balance. Everyone works hard but also plays hard in things such as team built mini golf holes throughout building, food trucks, great Christmas parties, and other various things. There is keurig's and employees get to pick the coffee! The management and owners care and listen. Everyone just seems happy working here. This is a fast growing company with low turnover. The culture is great and the company values are followed.
