I left a review after working with Productive Power for just a few months, so I figured it was time for an update after an additional 4 years with the company. I love working here more than ever. We have a small, but incredible team of passionate, genuine people. Everyone here is invested in each other and in the team as a whole and our success makes that obvious. We're growing and changing every day and it's so exciting to be a part of something like this!
Cons
Some of our larger clients send participants through our 1-on-1 coaching program who aren't good candidates. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes participants who are "voluntold" to go through can be a little sour about the training. However, for every (rare) client like that, I've been able to change the minds of plenty others.
