Pros

I have loved working at Project Bread. I am passionate about the mission and Project Bread's unique approach to permanently solving hunger. It is an incredible and dedicated team, at all levels. The strategy is clear and the team is supported.

Cons

Like all nonprofits of similar size, there might not be an immediate career ladder, but there is a commitment to professional development and and understanding that you may need to seek your next career move elsewhere.

Pros

PB has a great mission. Great people, great work. The kind of organization you think you want to work for.

Cons

The leadership (ED) needs to change. The development of an organization's culture starts at the top and it needs an overhaul.
