Pros

A great foundation from the 1800's

Cons

Management needs a shake up! Extremely unethical practices! When revenue is down they need to cut the workforce. A lot of favoritism, A lot of small company politics, Shareholder centric company

We are concerned by your comment regarding unethical practices in your department/branch. Since you indicated that you are a former employee it would be appreciated if you would reach out to Human Resources to let us know what the issues were so we are able to address them.
