Lies about the role and if you have family issues including bereavement you will be forced to go through a humiliating explanation process that demeans you even more. They lie to get you on bored then treat you badly. New expanding process and technology doesn't work but blamed on employee and told they should sort it themselves yet when you do are told it was wrong! Now thats a pro ........

Cons

Con! See above i have never worked for such a disorderly company. Rubbish process from start to end including me paying £800 to train as my jurisdiction was 1 mile out. Horrific company don't bother applying

Nothing is PRO salary was basic 27 k now changed to 23k

Cons

Micro Management, bullying, harassment, no support from the higher management, overtime wont be paid, no appreciation for your hard work, mismanaged company, too many managers harassing you and calling you for the same thing ten times in a day.

Pros

Great salary but don't get too comfortable you may be sacked. Very high staff turnover Quite commutable from anywhere in Yorkshire or Lancashire.

Cons

Place brings a new meaning to the term family as it helps if your mum or dad works there! There's constant micro-managing and it's quite odd how you only speak to your team. No one smiles or even talk of the weather in the lift. Very disjointed organisation where you are in it for yourself.
