Pros
The only upside was working alongside a few great people in the trenches — the techs who actually care, know their stuff, and help each other survive the day. The camaraderie is the only thing that made the job tolerable.
Cons
Micromanaged and unappreciated. Leadership only cares about sales, not the people doing the work. It’s a “what have you done lately” culture with zero interest in feedback or ideas. If you’re not a yes-man, don’t bother.
