you will scared for everyday about the terminations, its not an cmpany its jus a family running like a shop,they will say you can learn technologies but they wont train in anykind all of they want to work without any proper training.

This employee was was let go for unethical behaviour. The employee could not scale, failed to pick simple instructions and the final nail was unethical behaviour. While leaving we were threatened with poor reviews.
An employee who is bringings value does not have to worry of termination either in our company or anywhere else. We value all our employees and give them the freedom to grow. If you feel the need to work in a company where you can showcase your skill and grow rapidly, we are the place.
