Pros

I really love the team I work with. Everyone is friendly and down to earth, easy to get along with and have great values.

Cons

There is to much change and turnover, a lot of decision are made without considering the affect those decisions will have on managment

Educational Benefits-Training opportunities and reimbursement 401K and health benefits Qbase is customer oriented; good environment for staff that strive to ensure user awareness and assistance.

Cons

Like with any contract change most contracted employees are picked up; achievers and non-achievers. Work from home or flexible hours/schedule not applicable to all staff.
