Unlike most consulting firms, quanters do not spend 100% of their time on assignment with our clients; they are encouraged to train, to contribute to cross-functional projects (example: writing blog articles or hosting webinars) and to participate in research / state-of-the-art AI work under the supervision Innovation and Scientific Directors. This is a fundamental point of differentiation in Quantmetry's business model to help our employees grow and stay at the state of the art in AI.
