      CEO is going to finish the company

      Pros

      No pros after new CEO joined.

      Cons

      The new CEO is taking insane decisions and is working in panic mode. Everyone is over stressed. People are getting fired like anything and many others leaving. He made changes which were necessary but then he is taking insane decisions without taking people into confidence. He doesn't trust employees under him to deliver the goods. It is always one way communication and he wants "Yes Boss" kind of employees under him. He expects employees to work for 12 to 13 hours normally and stretch beyond that.

All jobs have certain expectations and goals that need to be met, but they should be attainable and a good work life balance should be maintained.       you will get the good money

      you’ll loose your peace of mind. they wont listen to the issues they have. Managers have nothing to do with you cz they are puppets of Chriss Hickey. HR, They have one constant answer “ Nothing is in our hand” Instead of solving the issues they change the entire things. once you join you must forget that you have your own life. And the list goes on. Suggestion is to not join.

      Fake Reviews | Arrogant CEO | Directionless Company | Hire and Fire Policy

      You will be busy doing all kinds of idiotic work to pacify CEO's ego :)

      Cons

      No matter what designation you are on, you will be reporting to CEO, Chris Hickey, You will get a call from him and he will ask you "show me what are you working on". He will scrap everything you are working on saying it's wrong. Its a vicious circle that all the work has to be approved by him and he never approves anything. You will be asked to copy everything from Joomag, Corel draw, Affinity, Adobe. Indian team gets the worse treatment. HR is useless. Their only job is to post fake reviews on Glassdoor and create useless trainings and assign it to everyone without thinking whether it is relevant to them or not. This company hires people from big companies and then fires them quickly. I have seen people getting fired after 2 months of joining. If you love your career, please dont join this company.
